Fees

The cost of consultation is outlined below. 

Standard consultation is usually between 45-60 minutes. 

The fee structure for service is:

$280 per 50 minute consultation

$160 per 30 minute consultation, only available on agreement with the clinical psychologist

Medicare rebates are available with a Mental Health Care Plan prepared by your GP and forwarded to your psychologist prior to the first consultation. 

As at February 2026, the Medicare rebate under a Mental Health Care Plan is $145.25 per 50 minute consultation and $98.95 for a 30 minute consultation. 

Alternatively some private health funds may cover all or part of your consultations and will be able to advise you.

Payment is required on the day of attendance and is made via the website. Any Medicare rebate or private health rebate will be processed once payment is received.

Cancellations:

No charge if more than 48 hours notice is given 

Full fee with less than 48 hours notice
